  • 2/11/2020   Kristine is an excellent yoga instructor. She varies each class while incorporating moves to enhance core strength, balance, and flexibility. She closely monitors students during the practice to ensure proper body placement and technique. She is aware of students' various comfort levels, and encourages them to make their own adjustments as needed. I highly recommend Kristine Keay's yoga class!
