Meditation for Beginners 

This is a four week live, interactive course introducing one to learn how to meditate. The course will include different types of mediation and mindfulness. There will be time to ask questions.  We will be meeting via Zoom. Once payment is made (click link below for PayPal/Venmo) you will receive a Zoom link to join in community with others just like you that are interested to learn all about this ancient healing practice.

Mediation for Anxiety

Learn how to meditate and decrease your  anxiety.

This is a four week course sharing how certain types of meditations will help those experiencing anxiety relax physically, slow down your thoughts and feel calmer. 


*Dates: February 28 - March 21  

Time: 6:30 - 7:30 PM

Live Yoga for Weight Loss - Thursdays 6 Week Series

Yoga for Weight loss 


You can absolutely lose weight practicing yoga! Just by practicing yoga creates  a new heightened sense of  self awareness for overall health. How do you think I have been able to maintain my own weight for many years. This six week series will  provide the current research on weight loss that I share in my courses as a  health professor and as an experienced yogi. Students will also receive live feedback on pose modifications and healthy eating.


All levels are welcome! Via Zoom this will be a live class:

Private sessions concentrate on your personal needs and goals in person or virtual. 


Private classes or Private coaching are a great ways to personalize your practice whether that be a private yoga or a private meditation class. 

Private sessions are held inside or outside on the beautiful grounds of the Liriodendron Mansion of Bel Air. Or held virtually via zoom on your home device. I will provide technical instructions before class,  if you are new to on line classes.


Cost:

Private session is $75.00 per hour  

*Once you are registered, paid, & scheduled  you will receive an emailed confirmation of date and time.

Please plan ahead, typically these are events that are at least 30- 90 days from booked date. I have done many special events for all various types of populations and settings. If you don't see anything you like below or already have an event in mind, reach out and let's create one together!
